Since Wells Farm took over ADW Milk my delivery has been so unreliable. Milk not being delivered until after I've left for work, if it actually arrives at all. Can't even get through on the phone or social media to get a refund. I'll go back to buying milk from the shop!

Aggressive and intimidating HGV driver on the M6 in Birmingham this morning. What a poor representation of this company.

Staff are brilliant. Food is fresh and delivered on time. Well done also Guy and his team who deliver.

Dont bother applying for a job. They called and wanted me to jump through hoops and start straight away, I told them I could not for a few days and they promised to get back to me but did not bother.

From very limited experience - yard was dirty, car park muddy. The truck was dirty. The load was supposed to be "one drop" and when I got there there were three drops. I took my bag and never moved the lorry. PS: the (Bulgarian) guy was very helpful. Maybe somebody who works there for longer can tell a different story. Mine is unhappy. Best wishes!

I only passed it on a hike last weekend, it's a big place and not sure if it's open to the public. It had an old milk float outside the front with plastic cow's 🐮 at the back of it and a plastic duck by the wheel. When i passed it i was confronted by a articulated truck taking up all available space in the tiny country lane's, i had to dive into the bush's to avoid getting ran over, i don't know what's more scarier coming face to face with a bull or this truck. I wasn't offended by the truck driver we both was laughing 😅 about it

First visit in an artic and if my satnav had chose the best route there would have been only one area of concern which really wasn't bad just a tight left turn after two tight 's' bends. Once I was rerouted properly there was no problem.
